Azran Osman-Rani

Azran Osman-Rani is the CEO and co-founder of Naluri, a leading digital health company pioneering an integrated, outcomes-based approach to mental health and chronic disease prevention. What began with one intern has grown under his leadership into a 200-member team serving over 1 million users across five Southeast Asian markets in just five years.

Previously, Azran was the founding CEO of AirAsia X, where he took the airline from a business plan to a $1 billion IPO with 2,500 employees in six years. He later led iflix Malaysia, scaling it to 20 million users in 20 markets within three years. His earlier roles include leadership positions at Astro, Bursa Malaysia, and McKinsey & Company.

A Stanford University graduate with degrees in Management Science and Electrical Engineering, Azran is also an Ironman triathlete and the author of “30 Days and 30 Years”, where he shares his lessons on leadership, resilience, and overcoming adversity.
