Amy McKeown

Amy McKeown is an award-winning Mental Health, Health & Wellbeing, and Women’s Health consultant with more than 20 years of experience transforming how organisations support their people. A recognised leader in her field, Amy has built and implemented high-impact strategies across global corporations—including writing and delivering EY’s UK Health, Mental Health & Wellbeing strategy—and advising FTSE 100 companies, Big 4 firms, SMEs, and startups. Her recent clients include Samsung, the EU Parliament, Burberry and Marel.

Amy is also the creator of Do Workplace Health Right Live, a unique international programme that teaches organisations how to design and implement effective Workplace Health and Mental Health strategies. She previously served as a Non-Executive Director for Mental Health First Aid England, influencing national conversations around wellbeing.

In 2021, Amy launched Business of Being a Woman (BBW), the first digital conference to combine Women’s Health, Mental Health and Business. The event received exceptional praise—described by attendees as “life-changing”—and continues to expand into topics such as menstruality, motherhood, leadership and mental wellbeing.

A passionate activist for women’s rights, Amy is currently campaigning to amend the Equality Act 2010 after experiencing pregnancy loss and redundancy. Supported by organisations including Maternity Action and Pregnant Then Screwed, her mission is to strengthen workplace protections for pregnant women.

A pioneer in Women’s Health, Amy partners with organisations to design tailored programmes that support female employees—whether integrated into broader health strategies or delivered as standalone initiatives.
