Evan Glassett is a seasoned and very experienced leadership and management development professional. With over 25 yrs. experience in the field of Talent Development he is experienced in helping others to learn and then apply what they learn, which is the key to successful development activities. Evan is a graduate of University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech communication and a minor in Spanish. He has post-graduate studies in Organization Development from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California in 2008. Evan has been in the Middle East GCC region since January of 2010 and has worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain and has traveled extensively in Oman, UAE, Qatar and Jordon. He’s held several positions and worked with various levels of management from the C-Suite down to High Potentials. Since 1995 Evan has worked in the field of Training and Development and has built a successful career working all over the US, Canada, South America and most recent in the GCC. His area of specialty has been working with groups to get the knowledge imbedded after they take the initial training and this has been accomplished by his 3-step process of learning, applying, and coaching for improvement. Evan is a professional coach who has applied his skills of coaching within companies he’s worked at and has had his own coaching work in the United States. Evan enjoys working with groups and individuals one-to-one to help them grow and increase their personal effectiveness.
